This is a legal agreement between the person or organization (“User” or “you”) agreeing to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Bioworld Merchandising Inc. ”us”) for the use of the wholesale online website and related services (“Site & Services”). By accepting these Terms or using the Site or Services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind the User to these Terms, Bioworld’s Privacy Policy, and the applicable conditions set forth herein (collectively the “Agreement”).

Limited Distribution:
All Bioworld products are identified as “Limited Distribution” and are restricted from purchase for distribution on the following third party retail marketplaces (but not limited to); Amazon, Wal-Mart, Ebay, Facebook, Etsy, Target, Macys, etc..  Please reach out to your sales rep for further info.

Bioworld reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices of this Agreement. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on the Website or provided to you via electronic mail. Continued use of the Website, Application, and Services constitutes your agreement with all such new or revised terms, conditions, and notices.

In no event shall Bioworld or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the Website, or Services. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Bioworld is not responsible for the contents of any linked website. The inclusion of any website link on the Website does not imply endorsement by Bioworld of that particular linked Website. Use of any such linked website is at the User’s own risk.

6. Governing Law
As a condition of your use of Website, or Services, you agree not to use the Website, Application or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. You may not use the Website or Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bioworld website or its users’ information. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Website or Services. Any claim relating to this Agreement, the Website or Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

RETURN POLICY:
Goods may only be returned for defects or non-conformity. Claims of defective or non-conforming goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
